What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason and you would like to discuss return and refund options, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt of your items by using the contact form found in the contact us section of this website.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer physical or electronic gift cards at this time. However, if you would like to gift a special someone a specific monetary value worth of items for future use, we are able to take pre-payment, allowing them to use a coupon code until that value has been met.
Shipping, pick-up, & delivery options?
Current turn around time is 7-10 business days. At checkout, you will be given the options to choose shipping, pick-up, or delivery. When choosing shipping; standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping is available on most orders. Local pick-up is offered in Lake St. Louis at no extra charge. Your order can be made available for pick-up immediately once it is complete. Delivery options are also available. Delivery to the SCCY is free of charge and will be handled on designated days once your order is complete. Any other delivery destinations will include a small convenience fee based on location.
